EAST AURORA, N.Y. — Developer Douglas Jemal has purchased the Roycroft Inn in East Aurora for $1.05 million, according to documents filed April 2 with the Erie County Clerk's Office.
Jemal's Roycroft LLC purchased four connected parcels from Margaret L. Wendt Foundation Holdings Inc: 5, 26 and 40 South Grove St. and 461 Main St.
The deal included the inn itself as well as the Roycroft Chapel and Gateway Park.
It does not include the Roycroft Campus across the street, which is separately owned by the Roycroft Campus Corp.
