BUFFALO, N.Y. — Two Buffalo restaurateurs are teaming up to open a restaurant at 40-50 Fountain Plaza in the Central Business District, in the space Flint Kitchen and Bar vacated when it closed earlier this year.
Michael Dimmer, of Marble and Rye, Michael Tobin, of Fresh Catch Poke Co., and Ciminelli Real Estate Corp. have announced plans for Prova @ The Plaza, an Italian coffee house scheduled to open later this spring.
Prova will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on weekdays, offering Butter Block pastries and other breakfast items in the morning and scratch-made bread products, grain bowls and seafood for lunch.
