BUFFALO, N.Y. — As a partner in the new effort to bring back a waterfront dining option at the Erie Basin Marina, Jay Davidson sees plenty of opportunity.
Davidson is partnering with Mike Shatzel and Angelo Canna Jr. to rethink the space where William K’s and the Hatch operated pre-pandemic, part of which was reopened last summer by Canna as Juicery at the Hatch as part of a seven-year concessions contract with the City of Buffalo.
Davidson, who operates the Liberty Hound at the Buffalo & Erie County Naval & Military Park with Shatzel, recognizes that despite all of its waterfront access, Buffalo is short on waterfront dining and entertainment options.
