BUFFALO, N.Y. — A new local restaurant is coming to Fillmore Avenue in Buffalo.
The New Top Hill Grill is expected to open in late April or early May at 104 Fillmore Ave., according to owner Tasha Jones. She is seeking a special use permit to operate a restaurant from the Buffalo Planning Board, based on the April 9 meeting agenda.
The restaurant will cater to an older crowd, around ages 30 and up, and will serve home-cooked American food “at reasonable prices,” she said.
