BUFFALO, N.Y. — One of the partners behind high-end eateries like Remington Tavern and Seafood Exchange and the former Tempo will open a different type of bar/restaurant downtown.
Chef Paul Jenkins and his son, John Paul Jenkins, plan to open Vintage Room on March 15 at 88 W. Chippewa in the Chippewa entertainment district.
The team hopes to attract a more mature audience from nearby companies — including New Era Cap, Delaware North and Lawley — as well as traveling professionals, as opposed to the crowds of young people who typically come to Chippewa for late night partying.
