North Tonawanda BBQ restaurant adds separate Italian concept

The restaurant operates primarily as a takeout joint, though there is limited seating inside at a large L-shaped counter with seven stools and a few small tables.

NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. — A North Tonawanda restaurant is expanding with a second concept in the same space.

Owner Steve Mineo has introduced All Ready Spaghetti at his Sticky Face BBQ restaurant at 276 Oliver St. The concept brings a traditional Italian menu with single and family portions of pasta and homemade sauce. In addition to spaghetti dinners, the menu includes lazy lasagna, half-pound meatballs, garlic bread and spinach artichoke dip.

That’s in addition to his ongoing menu of southern style barbecue, including ribs, pulled pork and brisket as well as burgers, sandwiches and soups at the restaurant he opened six years ago.
