BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Mexican restaurant operator is prepping for two new sites – a tequila bar in the city and a takeout site in the suburbs.
No Way Jose is a planned tequila bar at 478 Elmwood Ave. in Buffalo that will present margaritas in a range of flavors as well as Mexican snacks. The site replaces the former Uncle Jumbo’s tasting room, which closed last fall.
In Amherst, Ranchos Tacos is planned for 727 Maple Road at North Forest Road, where Cantina 66 previously operated. That site is expected to offer primarily third-party delivery of handhelds such as burritos, tacos and quesadillas, but will also have a drive-thru.
