BUFFALO, N.Y. — Sinatra & Co. Real Estate is wasting no time moving on to the next phase in the redevelopment of Elmwood Crossing at the former Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo.
Having recently finished the Barton Apartments, a 24-unit renovation of a former medical office building at 140 Hodge Ave., Sinatra is preparing to begin work on the Annex Apartments nearby at 245 Bryant St.
"This is essentially the sister building," said Matt Connors, vice president of development for Sinatra.
The three-story, 35,000-square-foot building was originally the nurse's annex at the hospital. It contains a mix of offices and examination rooms.
