BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Hotel @ the Lafayette will continue to be operated by the Pearl Street Family of Cos. — for now.
The Pearl Street contract, which was due to end March 1, has been extended as the new incoming operator works to continue an agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, according to developer Rocco Termini, who owns the 124-year-old building at 391 Washington St.
“It’s taking longer to have the flag transferred over,” he said, adding that the hotel will remain in operation as the new deal is finalized.
