HAMBURG, N.Y. — Three years after opening on Lake Erie and surviving a few bitter winter storms, the owners of Lago 210 are looking for a buyer.
Audrey Zybala opened the restaurant with her husband Jordan at 4038 Hoover Road in Hamburg in spring 2021. They transformed the former Bedrock Eatery into an upscale seasonal waterfront restaurant featuring seafood, tapas and vegan fare.
The 1,400-square-foot restaurant is named for its location: Lago means lake, while 210 refers to the deepest depth of Lake Erie.
The past year has not been without obstacles: The couple overcame flooding and ice damage in the Christmas storm in December 2022 to reopen this past summer. Now they’ve decided it’s time for a change, according to a Facebook post on Dec. 12.
