GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. — It’s been a few weeks since our last million-dollar home sale. The latest transaction with a price tag over $1 million is Grand Island’s first of the year.
James and Sheryl Montanari recently sold 3012 Staley Road for $1.2 million to Sumit Majumdar of Kenmore, according to May 2 filings with the Erie County clerk’s office.
The one-family residential property sits on 14.43 acres. The 2,202-square-foot home has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a fireplace, based on Erie County Real Property information.
