CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. — Another golf simulator lounge is in development locally, this time in Cheektowaga.
Evan Dowdall’s plans for the Drop Zone include a four-bay simulator facility featuring Foresight equipment, as well as a 38-foot bar and pub food menu with burgers, sandwiches, chicken fingers and flatbread pizza.
He says the 3,500-square-foot site at 3637 Union Road will give golfers a place to practice in the off-season, while also offering amenities for non-golfers.
