BUFFALO, N.Y. — A nationwide self-storage company is expanding its local presence.
CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE), a self-managed real estate company focused on acquiring, owning, operating and developing self-storage facilities in the United States, recently opened a site at 880 Young St. in Tonawanda.
The building, a former Gander Mountain store that has been vacant for years, is next to Tops Friendly Markets.
This is CubeSmart’s second Buffalo-area location, with the first site at 5725 S. Transit Road in Lockport.
The self-storage company has over 1,500 facilities nationwide, including 52 in New York state, according to its website.
