BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Blasdell gaming store is moving to an expanded site in Buffalo.

Harlequin Hobby will move in March from leased space on Lake Avenue in Blasdell to 2070 Clinton St., formerly Ray’s Lounge & Catering.

The move follows two real estate deals by Harlequin owners, Trisha Williams and Donald Kaszubowski, for the main building plus adjoining properties. According to filings with the Erie County Clerk, 2070-74 Clinton was sold by Fortified Realty LLC to Kaszwill LLC on Jan. 9 for $500,000. Kaszubowski also bought 2092 Clinton, a single-family home on the same block, for $147,000 from Fortified Realty LLC in a separate deal.

The move, which grows the business from 2,700 square feet to 11,000, will allow expanded space for retail sales of games and craft supplies and tables dedicated to on-site board games and tournaments.
