BUFFALO, N.Y. — Fresh Catch Poke Co. is ready to add a third location, ideally in the Southtowns.
The company, which has been expanding consistently since starting in 2018, has ridden the popularity wave of Hawaiian poke bowls made with fresh seafood and vegetables.
Owner Michael Tobin has been scouting Southtowns locations in the 1,500-2,000-square-foot range, but not having much luck finding the right spot. He would like to lease, but under the right circumstances, would consider buying.
Tobin opened the first location in 2018 at 5933 Main St. in Williamsville, followed by a second site in 2019 at 500 Pearl St. inside the Aloft building in Buffalo. He added the seasonal Shuck Shack fresh oyster bar on Ohio Street in 2020, then a fresh seafood market at the Williamsville site later that year.
