BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Florida company has purchased the former Rite Aid in dwntown Buffalo that has been closed since September.
Buffalo Main Commercial Group, an affiliate of Miami-based Corbin Holdings, bought the 10,724-square-foot store from Rite Aid of New York Inc. for $610,000, according to documents filed with the Erie County Clerk's office.
Corbin Holdings Director Ajay Dhawan said the company is in talks with several national retail chains regarding the property, but no lease agreement has been signed.
