WHEATFIELD, N.Y. — A developer is planning an $11.03 million development on Forest Park Way in Wheatfield, designed to provide more housing and commercial space in an area that's become a hub for senior living communities.
MGA Construction is seeking $1.48 million in tax incentives from the Niagara County Industrial Development Agency for the Villas at Forest Park Way project.
The application calls for a three-story, 60,000-square-foot mixed-use building at 7505 Shawnee Road, a 6.6-acre vacant parcel adjacent to Forest Park Way.
