KENMORE, N.Y. — Developer Anthony Trusso has purchased five retail buildings on Delaware Avenue in Kenmore for a combined total of $2.35 million.
Trusso's company, Delaware Retail LLC, purchased the units from developer Nick Sinatra's Kenmore Delaware Retail LLC, according to documents filed Friday in the Erie County clerk's office.
Four of the buildings are 100% occupied, Trusso said. The current tenants will remain.
Trusso said he has upgrades planned for the buildings, including façade updates and roof repairs. Most of the work will be done over the next year or two.
