BUFFALO, N.Y. — Cooper Sign Company and Old Glory Flag and Banner Co., two divisions of one family business, have found success in focusing on customer service and offering products that are made in America.

Now, using that same niche, the company is revamping its store space and adding products, according to Jennifer Cooper, president and CEO. The business is located at 7350 Porter Road, Niagara Falls.

“I stood back the other day and said, ‘Wow, this really looks nice,’ ” she said. “We had a lot of products that we knew we had but they weren’t on display as far as accessories.”

The Cooper Sign Company was founded 102 years ago by her husband’s grandfather, Carl. The family started the flag and banner division of the company in 1996 because they saw a need that also augmented its custom sign business.
