CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. — Noco has continued its acquisition streak and gotten into the home insulation business by picking up Magic Foam WNY of Cheektowaga.
The company is now Noco Insulation. It offers spray foam, blown fiberglass and cellulose insulation for homes.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Magic Foam's two employees have both joined Noco, including former owner Chris Gerigo, who is now Noco's director of home energy operations.
Noco plans to hire more installers in the near future, according to the company.
