AMHERST, N.Y. — Benderson Development is working on two new retail and restaurant buildings in Amherst.
The first, at 1501-1551 Niagara Falls Blvd., would see the developer demolishing an existing Northwest Bank building in Boulevard South District plaza.
The company has tenants lined up but is not ready to announce them, as the deals have not been finalized, according to Eric Recoon, vice president of development and leasing for Benderson.
