ALLENTOWN, N.Y. — A resurgence in business in recent months has led to a change of heart for the longtime owners of Mulligan’s Brick Bar.
They have decided not to sell after all.
Bill Regan and Kim Rossi listed the historic Allentown bar/restaurant at 229 Allen for sale in August 2022 with a price tag of $2 million, a figure that later decreased to $1.4 million. The couple, who has owned the 90-year-old bar since 1998, was looking at retirement.
