AMHERST, N.Y. — A 4,118-square-foot home in Amherst recently sold for over $1 million.
Rahmatollah Dianat, Shahla Sedigh and Ahmad Dianat, as surviving joint tenant with right of survivorship of Hossein Dianat, recently sold 45 Alexia Court, Amherst for $1.025 million to Todd Shatkin of Amherst. That’s according to Sept. 6 filings with the Erie County clerk’s office.
Shatkin earlier this month sold 136 Harbridge Manor, Amherst for $1.7 million to James and Joanne Biltekoff of Buffalo, exemplifying the domino effect that these high-end home sales can have.
