BUFFALO, N.Y. — 2024's million-dollar-home market is off to a slower start than 2023's.
Erie County recently marked its first residential real estate sale with a price tag of $1 million or more of the year. By this time last year, the county had already notched five million-dollar home sales.
Karen Culligan sold 224 Village Pointe Lane, Amherst, for about $1.3 million to Yushi Zhang of Renton, Washington, according to Jan. 16 filings with the Erie County clerk’s office.
