BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo investor Kevin Christner acquired an East Side industrial building with the intent of developing a mixed-use project that may include workforce housing.
Christner, through his BFMC 1901 LLC affiliate, paid $1 million for 250,000-square-foot building at 750 E. Ferry St., according to documents filed Sept. 23 in the Erie County Clerk’s office. The property is on 14.5 acres and neighbors the Northland Belt Line campus.
"It is tough to find 14 acres and a building of this size in Buffalo," Christner said.
