Yes, Bruegger's Bagels in Snyder is now open. The national chain took over for Bagel Jay's at the corner of Main and Harlem.
Bruegger's is open daily from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. This is the third Bruegger's Bagels location to open — the other two locations are in Williamsville and Buffalo.
Back in November, Bagel Jay's CEO Jay Gershberg announced his decision to retire and to allow another company, Bruegger's Bagels, to help fill the void in the Buffalo area.
Bruegger's Bagels has been around since 1983, and it operates nearly 260 bakeries nationwide. Its bagels have some unique varieties, including onion and chive bagels, jalapeño bagels, and bacon scallion bagels.
