CLARENCE, N.Y. — As Brothers of Mercy prepares to break ground May 14 on a $21 million expansion, the senior living community in Clarence is already planning ahead for what comes next.
The organization is building a 90,000-square-foot memory care and enhanced assisted living facility at its 126-acre Ransom Road campus, including 64 assisted living apartments and a 32-unit memory care wing for seniors with any stage of memory loss, including dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
Construction of the expansion, managed by The Pike Co., is expected to be complete in approximately 12 months. You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website.
