EAST AURORA, N.Y. — The Aurora Cider House is transitioning into a full bar and restaurant under new management.
Andrew Miller and Joseph Mocelle have signed a lease to take over the space at 198 Main St. on April 1 as The Bar at Main and Hamlin.
The plan includes adding a kitchen to the first-floor space with a flat-top stove and fryers to offer simple sandwiches and fried foods. The key word here is simple, Miller said.
