BUFFALO, N.Y. — Three months after the unexpected death of owner/restaurant developer JJ Alfieri, a downtown Buffalo restaurant is up for sale.
Oscar’s Hollywood Arts Café opened last fall at the former 31 Club, the upscale Italian restaurant he opened in 2009 with his father, James, at the corner of Elmwood Avenue and Johnson Park for many years until a pandemic shutdown.
The building at 25 N. Johnson Park was listed by Nicholas Giambra of Giambra Team, Keller Williams Realty WNY, with an asking price of $1.3 million, including the 7,468-square-foot building and a 15-car parking lot. You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website.
