HAMBURG, N.Y. — A Village of Hamburg wine bar is expanding with a second event space on the water, with an opening possible this summer.
Alchemy Shores LLC will open as Buffalo Champagne House at 3780 Hoover Road in Hamburg, converting a 8,400-square-foot warehouse where Switch Hits previously operated a switchplate cover distribution site.
The space will operate as a collective event space on the lake, with indoor/outdoor events like wedding and baby showers, as well as DIY craft classes and volleyball leagues on the beach.
