BUFFALO, N.Y. — The buildout is underway at developer Douglas Jemal's 368 Sycamore St. Building, which soon will be the home of Bitwise Industries' Buffalo tech training center.
Jemal said the interior of the building is getting a complete overhaul, from mechanical systems to furniture.
"It's the whole building, bringing a turn-of-the-century building into a modern building," he said.
