GETZVILLE, N.Y. — A $47 million acquisition deal that would have made the Weinberg Campus part of the Elderwood network is dead.
Weinberg officials confirmed Tuesday that the contract with Post Acute Partners Inc. for the sale of its North Forest Road campus in Getzville was terminated in late February.
The deal, signed in late 2017, had been advancing prior to the pandemic, slowly making its way through a series of approvals by the State Department of Health for seven separate corporations affiliated with the senior living community. You can read the more on Buffalo Business First's website.
