BUFFALO, N.Y. — With demand continuing for its mozzarella cheese, Lactalis American Group is planning an expansion of its South Buffalo offices.
Lactalis American is working with the Buffalo zoning and planning boards on a proposal for a $2 million expansion of the sales offices at 2376 South Park Ave. from 26,865 square feet to 31,871 square feet, a 20% growth.
According to documents filed with the two city agencies, the expansion is only for the offices of Lactalis Sorrento American Group and not the company’s manufacturing operations, which are also on South Park Avenue.
