BUFFALO, N.Y. — A total of 106 high-end real-estate deals were registered in Erie County in June, according to monthly listings released this morning by the county clerk’s office.
High-end transactions are informally defined as those valued at $300,000 or more. Last month’s qualifying deals carried a combined value that was slightly above $56 million.
The 106 transactions are shown below in descending order of value. Each listing has the property's address, community, value, seller, date and buyer. Addresses and names are spelled and presented in the form provided by the clerk, with surnames preceding first names and middle initials. You can see the full list on Buffalo Business First's website.
