How much are Bills playoff tickets?

Tickets are selling fast but the weather might slow that down in favor of those Bills fans looking to go at a cheaper price.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — On Sunday the Bills will be hoping to get one-step closer to the Superbowl in a wildcard game against the Pittsburg Steelers.

The game kicks off at 1:00p.m. at Highmark Stadium and tickets are selling fast but the weather might slow that down in favor of those Bills fans looking to go at a cheaper price.

2 On Your Side spoke to Nick Giammusso, President of VIP TIX and asked him what the hottest tickets in town are going for along with things fans should keep in mind when buying tickets.

How much are they going for and how can people get them?

"It's the hottest ticket after Sunday night, the fans are excited" Giammusso said '"Tickets are $250 and up, which isn't too bad for a playoff game."

How can fans avoid being scammed?

"Well buy from a reputable seller" Giammusso stressed "The worst thing you can do is post on Facebook that you are looking for tickets."

When people post to their social media pages the word 'tickets' can trigger a lot of spam/scam responses. Most importantly though fans should always remember that if you have a feeling it is too good to be true, it probably is.

Sunday's weather may also play into ticket prices as well. The winter season in Buffalo will be in full-swing and that might deter people from heading to Highmark and staying at home to watch the game.

Those fans going will want to bundle up and get ready for a wild afternoon in Orchard Park.
