Playoff game public transportation for Bills fans

Giving fans an affordable way to safely get to and from the game.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — The NFTA 'Game Day Express' is getting ready to ramp up services for the upcoming Bills vs. Steelers game on Sunday at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park. 

Fans looking to utilize the 'Game Day Express' can pay $5 for a one-way trip, and must pay in cash when boarding. Exact change only is accepted on the bus, but people can also use the token transit app

Giving fans an affordable way to safely get to and from the game the NFTA wants to let those know of a few changes to the route that include

  • Entrance and Waiting Location: Riders are instructed to enter the Metropolitan Transportation Center through North Division Street and wait by the entrance. Game Day express signs will be posted near pick- up.
  • Additional Changes: Routes 6, 8, 14, 16, 24, & 42 will reroute via Washington Street and will not serve Ellicott Street between S. Division and Clinton Street.
  • Routes 1, 2, 4, 40, 60, & 77 will not stop at the Metropolitan Transportation Center (181 Ellicott St.) The last inbound stop will be at Washington & S. Division. The first outbound stop will be at Main and N. Division.
