BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority released details from its year-long survey.
Roughly 94-thousand people use public transportation provided by the NFTA every day.
On Monday, the results from its Rate My Ride were unveiled.
The survey found that most issues reported in the survey fell under one of nine different categories. Which were safety and cleanliness, detours, lack of available routes, snow removal, bus drivers, accessibility, reliability, customer service, and the effect on employment.
Erie County Clerk Mickey Kearns said the survey is about letting people's voices be heard to create positive change.
