BUFFALO, N.Y. — Western New York's best polish dumpling artists packed Delaware Park on Saturday, offering every flavor of pierogi you can imagine.
Organizers said Pierogi Fest was the perfect opportunity to stock up, just in time for Easter, which comes a little early this year.
"We started some years back," said Jason Davidson, the managing partner at The Terrace at Delaware Park. "We took a break during COVID, and now this is our second year kicking it back in, and we have a much bigger crowd than last year, and it's sold out, and everyone is having an incredible time."
In addition to pierogi as far as the eye could see, vendors also served up fresh Polish soups, sausages, and pastries. There was live music, dancing, and beer for all who attended.
