LOCKPORT, N.Y. — Lake Effect Ice Cream is always coming up with fun new flavors at their shops.
Recently the Lockport based specialty ice cream makers have announced that they will be teaming up with some local Niagara County wineries to create some new wine inspired flavors.
In a social media post made to Facebook Lake Effect wrote "We have decided to revive our wine ice cream experimentation and have designed FOUR brand new wine ice creams, using wines from different local vineyards for our new creations."
They will be working with these wineries all of which are on the Niagara Wine Trail:
- Leonard Oakes Estate Winery
- Vizcarra Vineyards
- Bella Rose Winery
- Schulze Vineyards.
Flavors in the new collaboration so far include Leonard Oakes Riesling Pear and Biscoff Crunch, Schulze Vineyards Ruby Cherry Cheesecake, and more are to be announced in the coming days.
