BUFFALO, N.Y. — Food Truck Thursdays is returning to Niagara Square in downtown Buffalo this season beginning May 2.
This year, 24 food trucks will be participating, including four new vendors who will be making their debut.
“In partnership with the Buffalo Common Council, we look forward to welcoming Food Truck Thursdays back to Niagara Square. For almost ten years, this great, weekly event continues to offer the City and downtown workforce a diverse sampling of food options from some of the best food trucks in our community. I want to thank this year’s participating food truck vendors for bringing the community and food together in an upbeat, fun and positive atmosphere," said Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown.
Food Truck Thursdays, which started in 2015, runs every Thursday from May 2 to October 17 from 11 am-2:30pm, with the exception of July 4.
To kick off the first Thursday, these food trucks will be in Niagara Square on May 2.
