ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Delaware North, the concessions partner for the Buffalo Bills debuted, debuted new menu items for the regular season on Wednesday.
The menu includes new recipes for concessions stands, clubs, and suites.
There is a new Bills Burger with pickles, special sauce, and an everything bun; a new Milano chicken sandwich; and a sweet chili chicken tenders.
Delaware North is also working on building its menu for those with dietary restrictions. They are introducing a Caprese wrap with a gluten free tortilla. Another new item is the vegan black bean quesadilla that is also served on the gluten free tortilla.
Michael Reilly, general manager for Delaware North at Highmark Stadium said, "Unfortunately, you hear gluten free and you think it's just some throwaway item. These are chef-driven, delicious items, and in a way we don't even want to highlight them as that because we just want everyone to buy them."
The two foot nacho boat will be available new this year at Highmark Stadium along with another two-foot option. Concepted by children at Delaware North's kid's day, The Battle Boat is two feet of loaded waffle fries. One side is Bills-themed, and the other is opponent themed.
Each week both sides will change, depending on the opponent. The Bills side will explore different "foodie neighborhoods" and traditions in Buffalo.
There are also plenty of new food options for the clubs and suites. For a group of 12, there is the Barbeque Platter complete with meat, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, mac and cheese, and corn on the cob.
Also new for the Suites is a partnership with local bakery Butter Block, the dessert box has 12 different tartlets that will change with the seasons and the butter Block menu.
