BUFFALO, NY- There's a new restaurant in South Buffalo catering to those with a taste for food from across the pond.
The British Chippy will provide Buffalonians with the complete fish and chips experience you'd find in the U.K.
The store will be operated by the same company behind the English Pork Pie Company, which has previously been featured on Unique Eats.
"We've imported everything over from England to give you the most authentic experience. and all the British people that come here, they know it's a proper fish and chip shop. And it's like a fish fry, but a whole new level," Vicki Parker, one of the British Chippy owners said.
Parker and her partners hope to open more locations locally, and eventually across the country.
