President and CEO of Buffalo Museum of Science Gary Siddall and Dr. Holly Schreiber joined Most Buffalo in studio Tuesday to share what the month is all about.

"We have science demonstrations, we have table top interactions, we have great stage show demonstrations, all exploring cold and wintery science," Siddall said.

Dr. Schreiber brought in a live demonstration on the scientific properties of dry ice, which is solid carbon dioxide. Dry ice can never melt into a liquid phase, according to Dr. Schreiber. You can watch the full experiment during Most Buffalo linked above.
