BUFFALO, N.Y. — A portion of Ganson Street in Buffalo could soon be the home of a new sports complex and hotel.
OnCore Buffalo is planning to bring the golf-themed complex to 7 acres of property on Ganson Street.
Officials from OnCore Buffalo say the estimated cost of the project is $30 million and could create 400 to 500 jobs for our area.
The project is fully funded due to contributions from private investors.
Some of the plans for the project include:
- 72-hitting-bay golf entertainment center with food and beverages
- 350 parking spaces
- 120-room hotel with meeting and event space
- Buffalo River access for year-round sports and entertainment.
Construction could start in mid-2020 and be completed by 2021.
