BUFFALO, N.Y. — With construction done and final touches complete on a $13 million project, Terminal B at the Buffalo Outer Harbor held its first concert Friday night.
Chappell Roan headlined the first Buffalo Waterfront show. It was a sellout, and fans arrived as early as 8 a.m. Friday to get close to the stage on a historic night.
The pop singer and rising star opened the new performance space, with concert-goes telling 2 On Your Side that the venue's spaciousness helped add to the experience.
