BUFFALO, N.Y. — Film enthusiasts got a sneak peak at an upcoming production at a fundraising event in Buffalo.
The cast and crew of "Line of Sight" invited fellow film buffs out for a preview of the movie, as well as a question-and-answer session. They said this gives people a chance to get some insight into the project, while supporting Buffalo's growing film scene.
"It's about a young mother whose son is kidnapped, and it follows her journey as she tries to find him, the grief that she goes through, and how she tries to pull things back together in the aftermath of such a devastating loss," said Johnette Ja Warren-Askew II, a film writer and co-owner of Expressed Entertainment.
The filmmakers said "Line of Sight" will be one of the biggest Buffalo-based films of 2024.
