BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Kids Escaping Drugs (KED) Spring Televent will air on 2 On Your Side on Wednesday, May 29 at 7:30pm. This informative half-hour special broadcast is dedicated to raising awareness and funds to combat youth substance use.
Take the time to tune in and watch inspiring stories from youth who have transformed their lives, learn from the experts and professionals at Kids Escaping Drugs with tips on how to communicate to young people on the dangers of vaping and substance use.
Youth substance use is a growing and pressing issue that effects the entire WNY community and beyond. KED's mission is to provide early intervention and youth programs to help educate parents and our youth on the dangers of vaping and substance use. KED's programs and services are provided for free to families, schools and community organizations.
During the broadcast viewers have the opportunity to support KED's mission through donations. KED will be offering special incentives and on-line auction items.
