BUFFALO, N.Y. β On Saturday, October 26 the Buffalo Sabres will be hosting a Halloween themed game while they face off against the Detroit Red Wings.
Players will be wearing their red and black jerseys for the first time this season to fit in with the spooky theme.
The first 5,000 fans coming to the game will get a wearable red and black Sabres flag. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. at KeyBank Center.
Kids attending the game will get to participate in a trick-or-treat trail on the 100 level from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The trail is on a first-come first-serve basis and for the first 1,000 kids present.
Guest services will have a treat bag and map for those participating in the treat trail.
A winner on the Food Network's show 'Outrageous Pumpkins' and Olean native, Eric Jones will be carving at 4 foot tall pumpkin for fans to checkout on the 100 level.
The Sanderson Sister's from Disney's Hocus Pocus will be roaming the arena for fan pictures. Near the Labatt Blue Zone on the 100 level there will be hair braiding, face painting, and glitter tattoos.
