Don McLean celebrates his 50-year hit single in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Don McLean, known for one of the top hits of the 70s will perform at the Riviera Theatre in April.

The 1971 hit, "American Pie", which has many nostalgic references, including the death of Buddy Holly and Richie Valens, turns 50. Why feel old when you can live out the fun of the 70's with other loved songs like “Vincent (Starry Starry Night),” “Castles in the Air,” “ and "I Love You So".

The show will be on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 7:30 pm, but you don't have to wait that long to get your tickets.

Riviera Members can get presale tickets on Tuesday, November 7. All public sale tickets will start on Friday, November 10 at 10:00 am.

Ticket prices range from $49-$59 can be bought at the door one hour before the time of the event.
