DARIEN CENTER, N.Y. — As the summer approaches, many people may be planning trips to Darien Lake for some thrills and chilling water park fun.
The theme park posted to their social media that they will be re-opening a popular water slide. It is unknown as to why the waterslide had closed, and when.
In the post they wrote "First opened in 2006, re-opening in 2024. 😲 We missed you Big K!🌊"
The 'Big K' also known as the 'Big Kahuna' is described on their website as an "extreme tubing experience that’s perfect for families."
